Keys to Success
There are three important areas to consider
if coaching is to be successful, and they all involve you!
Coachable Goals
A coachable goal is a future place you want to be as a person.
It requires you to grow or improve as a person to reach it.
During your initial complimentary consultation, I will help
you discover if you have a coachable goal, and define what
that primary goal is.
State of Mind
Only you have control over whether you are ready to be coached.
Being ready is a state of mind. Considering the following
four questions will help you discover if you are ready, and
I will include this in your initial consultation.
How committed are you to achieving your
Coachable Goals?
How willing are you to learn and accept
new information about who you are?
How willing are you to invest time and money
in changing and improving your life?
How willing are you to take action?
The Coach
The relationship you have with your coach is extremely important.
The whole coaching process is a very personal experience,
and you need to connect with the coach you decide to use.
The relationship will encourage openness and trust, provide
challenges when needed, and provide an unmoveable belief in
you as a person and your ability to achieve the goals you
have set yourself.
The best way to discover if a coach is suitable
for you is to take advantage of the complimentary session
a lot of coaches offer. I offer a consultation free of charge
so we can talk and ensure you are ready for coaching. If you
feel comfortable and decide I am the right person to help
you explore what lies within, will believe in you and motivate
you in achieving your goals, we can book further sessions
and begin the coaching!
