Coaching
One-to-one coaching can be over the telephone or face to face.
The session lasts 45 minutes, and can either be booked one
at a time or as a block. It is recommended that in the first
instance a minimum of four sessions is needed to understand
where change is required, how it will occur, and what the
ultimate goal is.
Work Life Balance - Personal and/or
Company
Personal Work Life Balance is carried out over 12 sessions
of one-to-one coaching, the aim being to improve personal
and professional effectiveness. It includes the groundwork
for building the 'balance' of your future, and will impact
all areas of your life.

Group Talks
Group talks will provide an insight into what Life
Coaching is, and how it can improve our lives. There will
be exercises to have fun with and you will leave the evening
feeling motivated and with the realisation that even small
changes to your life can make a difference.
